The Wellington TRIYA 420 high school sailing program is currently looking for coaches! TRIYA works with multiple high schools in the Wellington region to encourage youth sailing in the 420 class. The trust runs both learn to sail and racing programs (team sailing and fleet racing). We are looking for enthusiastic people with 420 sailing experience who have (ideally) done some coaching before. Exciting times are in store with some changes coming to the teams racing circuit for the 2024 season! We are really excited to announce that NZTSA has partnered with the New Plymouth Yacht Club to host the 2024 NZSS Team Sailing National Championships. Hopefully everyone is really excited to get racing in a different venue, this will be the first nationals in New Plymouth since 2007 and the first time that the championships hasn’t been hosted in either Algies Bay or Lake Taup
