Central North Island Regionals

A mind-bending three day battle with the wind and competitors saw the Napier Boys team once again retain their title as the winner of the central north islands! Teams travelled from New Plymouth up to Tauranga to pit themselves against each other in a challenging regatta.

There were a few pauses throughout the regatta to wait for the wind to play ball and get the racing underway, but the race committee did an excellent job getting 108 races away. Massive credit as well goes to Tash and her team for putting together such a well organised regatta.
