NZTSA are happy to publish that we will be running an umpires training course just prior to the school’s national championships in April. Provisional dates for the course will be the 24th & 25th of April, the weekend immediately preceding the nationals week. In the 2017-2020 rules RRS 18.3 has been deleted for starboard roundings. Also Team Racing Call E8 has been withdrawn for review. A one-day team sailing umpires’ seminar is being held at Sandspit Yacht Club, Sandspit, Warkworth, on Sunday 25 th September, immediately prior to the 2016 Pacific Rim Inter-Schools Team Sailing Championships (Interdoms).
